Welcome to the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Division (PDAD) Employment Portal - City Government of Mandaluyong.

2. Account Purpose: This portal is intended exclusively for skill-matching, employment facilitation, and career support services for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) residing or working within Mandaluyong City.

3. Registry Matching: The system checks your PWD ID against the PDAD registry records. If your PWD ID cannot be found, you will be asked to visit the PDAD office to have your record checked before registering. Fraudulent information or misrepresentation may result in account review or termination.

4. User Conduct: Users must maintain professional conduct when interacting with employers and platform administrators. Misuse of communication channels or posting harmful content is strictly prohibited.

Compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

1. Collection & Processing: By clicking "I agree", you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data (including full name, email, PWD ID status, and disability classifications) by the City Government of Mandaluyong - PDAD.

2. Purpose: Your personal information will be strictly utilized for candidate matching, optional registry matching, employment assistance, and government reporting purposes.

3. Data Sharing: Your profile details will only be visible to verified partner employers on this portal for job matching purposes and will never be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.
